What are we looking for?

We are looking for high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative – SDR (part-time, flexible hours) to join our amazing sales team and develop leads into sales opportunities. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the entire sales process.

You’ll be our first SDR and by that, play a critical role in shaping the future of the company.

What you will do?

  • Follow up on marketing leads such as content downloads, conferences, webinars, etc.
  • Qualify leads
  • Connect with prospects through phone and email
  • Build sales opportunities through research and outreach to potential accounts
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Enrich the data of prospect details
  • Maintain the sales database
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams

What should you have?

Must Haves:

  • Native English speaker
  • Flexibility in working hours (working with costumers from different time zones)
  • Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Passion to learn and develop in the business and startups worlds
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fearless attitude and a self-motivated mentality.
  • Methodological and organized

Big Plus:

  • Experience in sales development
  • CRM usage experience (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Previous SaaS/Security experience
